Integration with manufacturer updaters like HP SSM/Softpaq Manager, Dell SupportAssist, Lenovo Vantage, etc. In relying on Atera to manage patching on systems, I find this insufficient for maintaining full updates of systems. E.g. A recent patch update on a Dell system indicated the system was completely up-to-date, however the local SupportAssist included an additional 11 driver and system updates including the BIOS. Managing the system BIOS, esp since this has become critical for system security is also a necessity. Not sure if this should be TWO ideas or just one "comprehensive" one. Regardless, need more indepth review to completely utilize Atera for full patch management.

agree with all suggestions in comments. Ideal integration is not management of Office (as is the case with Webroot, or some of the other 3rd party integrations) but actual USE of the 365 environment (as available)
