I have a third party security product that sends an email alert.
I have third party security devices that send an email alert.
I can instruct them to send those emails to my Atera "Auto-Generated Support Address" and this will create a ticket, but I would prefer to have an email address that triggers an alert with the email content as the alert description.
An alternative would be to add an Alert Trigger to the the Atera API.1 vote -

Github Integration for scripts
Github integration for scripts to load this from public or private repositories. This way, other users can also comment / issues / version releases / pull request on scripts. Currently, scripts are checked before they are executed, in the event of errors you cannot give feedback or other users cannot see any feedback on scripting.

Missing IP and Hostname fields in the genericdevice API call
When calling [get /api/v3/devices/genericdevices] the fields IP and HOSTNAME are not included. The information is also not included when calling [get /api/v3/devices/genericdevice/{deviceId}].
When we want to retrieve al list of genericdevice (the most commonly used method for monitoring devices), one of the most important information is the IP address.
Can you please fix this?

Add-on section isn't useful for day to day use
The Add-Ons Menu provides no useful information or dashboard, it can be moved elsewhere and accomplish the same task without being in the way of other more important features.

Pull Warranty from ScalePad
Atera can send agent names and serial numbers to ScalePad (formerly Warranty Master). ScalePad then looks up existing warranty information and offers their own warranty. Since this integration already exists, it would be awfully nice to have Atera read the warranty status and termination date and write those back to the agent details in Atera.

Privilege Management Application
I want to be able to integrate applications like BeyondTrust or any other privilege management application into Atera. If a user needs elevated privileges to install a program, without admins having to remote in, I want a notification from the privilege app to be sent directly to Atera's Help Desk. I want to be able to communicate to the Customer through Atera to provide elevated privileges.

zoho CRM Integration
Atera does not allow us to fetch records based on the email or phone number, it allows us to use the ID only. This makes 2-way syncing with crm's nearly impossible . I'm requesting that Atera's api allow the use of other fields (primary and composite keys) to identify and fetch contacts, customers, etc.
