Need way to convert Malwarebytes from Trial to Paid
I was amazed to find out that I am not able to convert a Malwarebytes Integration Trial to a paid (non-trial) version/state. I was told by support that I have to wait out the trial period and it will automatically convert. The problem is I have a client with more than 10 endpoints wanting Malwarebytes NOW. The site endpoint limit is 10 workstations during a trial. If I try to convert from Trial to Paid within Malwarebytes OneView, it doesn't work (presumably because of how Atera integrates with Malwarebytes). This sure seems like a silly limitation.

Add method to get folder name from agent via API
We use the API to produce custom reports for customers showing the agent details they find important. It would be useful to also be able to include site name for customers with multiple sites, we typically use folders to manage this but when getting agent info from API we can only see a folder ID and there doesn't seem to be a way to get the folder name via API to add this to our reporting. Would it be possible for the get agent API to include folder name or alternatively could there be a way to get the folder…

We use G-Data Endpoint security.
Atera show the G-Data, but not the Status of the virusscanner.
Is it possible to integrate the status of it ?Best regards

Splashtop notification when logged in
Clients are security conscious, the small splashtop "user has logged in" bottom right corner of the screen often goes unnoticed and clients freak out when the mouse starts moving.
Please allow the splashtop chat or something similar to teamviewer showing that a user is currently logged in to prompt something that we have logged in that's obvious for the user to see.
Currently I've bound a script to a mouse button and manually click chat every time I log in so clients don't get paranoid I can silently log in.10 votes -

Currently Atera is allowed via DUO authentication app as a 3rd party app. I like that I can push or text an approval for my 2FA for my other apps, but this one I have to enter the 6 digit code. Can you get with DUO.com and add your product to an IT Authenticator vs a consumer google or other

API Contract write functionality
The ability to create contracts on specific customers. During a on-boarding automation process, it would be great to be able to create contracts on a customer. Also the ability to set the default contract.

With the Active Directory Sync. We load in the system with a bunch of false users. It creates a real mess in the contact list. Deleting them one by one is very long with customers that have thousands of users it become very difficult to manage this.
Having a way to bulk select users and delete them. Or having an API that can bulk delete based on criteria of email, names, etc.2 votes -

JumpCloud SSO Integration
We use JumpCloud as our Identity Provider. It would be great to integrate IT team members into JumpCloud SSO so that it makes login easy for IT Admins to login into Atera Portal. JumpCloud is a great alternative to AD and has hundreds of SSO connnectors. JumpCloud supports SAML for SSO and this can be easily implemented with any software that supports SAML. Anything that makes IT admins' job easier would be a welcome addition. Same is true for other Atera Corporate Users that use other Identity providers like Okta, Onelogin, Azure, etc...

It would be good to be able to recover message history from splashtop remote help sessions. I have a billing dispute with a client where i need to show them the time spent on session as well as the chat history proving PEBKAC.
