  2. Currently when generating an invoice batch, it puts all the tickets for said customer on one invoice. I would like to be able run an invoice batch for a customer and have one ticket per invoice.
    It would also be nice to have a “top comment” or way to mark a reply in a ticket to show up on an invoice. Some customers like seeing what an invoice was for without having to look in the ticketing system.

  3. It would be good to be able to set prices in USD for the products and services but on the invoices to be able to set the prices in local currency (settings on the customer page)

    1. Why are periods displayed in the billing even though there are no tickets or time entries?!

    Let's assume that's the only way. Although it's wrong because there is no distinction between zero - nothing to charge (time entry: 1 hour, but no charge) or no ticket and time entry at all.

    1. Why is an invoice created in the second step and even exported? With nothing in it. Because there were no tickets for billing in this billing period.

    At the latest in point 2 it is an error because empty invoices are created and exported

  7. Export invoice batch to PDF. Now we have to open each invoice and select 'create PDF'. We want to select multiple invoices at one and export to PDF. Or trough Export invoices screen.

  8. We have two taxes, and they must be displayed separately. I want to be able to customise my Invoices and other documents, I want them in French or in English depending on the preference of the customer.

  9. It would be helpful to be able to select a date to start using an amended billing rate from i.e. we have increased our rates from 01.07.22 therefore from this date the new rate will be applied and prior to that date the old rate will be applied

  12. I would like Atera billing to be charged in pounds rather than dollars. I get charged a fee from the bank every month which adds up to a fair amount over a year period.

  15. We'd like to know if you would like the option to charge your customers through Atera.
    If so, would it be for recurring or one-time payments?
    Which payment method would you prefer- credit card, Paypal, ACH, SEPA etc. and why?

  16. Would be helpful to have Square integration for payments on our terminal system, there are third-party apps that can integrate the 2, so it should be a service built in by Atera!

  19. Need a rolling time sheet that I can drop lines in with a date, description and time block. Much like Excel. Monthly I can push that content to an invoice and bill for it. Click boxes would work because some work started in one month may not be billed for until next month. This would make Atera my #1 stop for everything I need. I've done this over 25 years.
