Option to Customize Template When Sending an Invoice
It would be helpful if we could add customization to the email sent to customers on invoices. For example, now we have a very generic template that gets sent with each invoice with the attached invoice PDF document. It would be beneficial to edit the text in the email to include: a URL, custom greeting/payment instructions etc.

Set flag to exclude agent from recurring billing
Add a flag to remove a device from billing even though the device is active for the customer. Current work around is to create a 2nd customer record and move non billed devices there.

Set Contract Period to more than a year.
A lot of vender warrenty contracts are for more than a year. Typically 2, 3, 5 year.
So it would be great to be able to set a contract period to a flexible number of years.
When choosing "flexible years" a number field could show up for the number of years wanted.2 votes -

Integrations for Dynamic Billing
Integrations with Pax8 and Sherweb to pull dynamic company subscriptions for billing.
I have to manually check both Pax8 and Sherweb for numbers and enter into QBO for invoicing.
FYI, Syncro is providing this for Pax8, according to the sales guy that keeps calling me to switch.

Multiple Line Items for Retainer/Flat Fee Contracts
Have the ability to add multiple line items each with a quantity for multiple products. For example, billing M365 licenses, the ability to list each license with a quantity.

Custom Ticket
I'd like to have more customisation of ticket fields. At the moment you can only add values to the "status" field. I think it would be a good idea to be able to change the values of each field or at least add new ones (and change their order).

Administrative licensing
With separate PSA and RMM solutions, there is cheaper licensing for administrative staff to access and assist with PSA tasks like billing and ticket creation.

Automatically mid period invoicing of contracts.
When a contract quantity is changed in mid period, the contract should be billed on next billing batch. The choices could be :
"Next billing period" - preventing automatic mid period billing, as of today
"Daily" - Billing from today til next Contract duration date
"Current month" - Full month invoiced from current month till next Contract duration date.
"Next month" - Full month invoiced from next month till next Contract duration date.
It is necessary to keep track of the quantity invoiced on all contracts. Thereby preventing to invoice the same quantity twice.

Add payment link on invoice
Add link to an invoice: For example, we'd like to attach a link to the invoice that will direct them to a third party where they can enter credit card or bank details to make the payment

Notification somewhere on the ticket when there is no contract/expired/no more hours on contract
If a customer doesn’t have a contrat, then the technician shouldn’t be able to open a ticket. Would be good to have a pop up that says that there is no contract, or that the contract ended or expired, or no more block hours.

Has the team made progress of adding more options for payment. Net 30, invoicing, and ACH.

Annually subscription Atera has to have to option to be payed monthly
€119,- euro a technician is to expensive for the limitions Atera has.
For this price there are other alternatives.€99,- a month is fine, Subscription for 1 year also fine. but it has to have to option to be payed monthly.
