Ticket automation rule export
I'd like to be able to export our ticket automation rules into a csv or similar file. This would help with designing automations and with training new technicians that will also be developing automation rules.

I agree with this suggestion.
Exporting ticket automation rules to a CSV or similar format would provide several operational benefits beyond simple recordkeeping. It would make it much easier to review automation logic at a high level, identify overlapping or conflicting rules, and document changes over time. Having an exportable format would also support better change management and auditing practices, especially as automation environments grow more complex.
From a training perspective, a CSV export would give new technicians a clear view of existing automations, including triggers, conditions, and actions, without requiring them to navigate each rule individually in the interface. This could significantly reduce onboarding time and help maintain consistency when multiple team members are responsible for creating or modifying automation rules.
