Ability to delete within tickets PLEASE!

Users often send things to their tickets that are completely unrelated. The tickets get messy. We need a way to delete information that is sent to tickets please!!!!!!!!!

also an issue if a comment is made in the wrong ticket, or the ability to edit the comment. have it show as edited or "this comment was deleted"
