Ability to turn off ticket tabs
We would like the ability to turn off ticket tabs - we don't find them useful as they are presently.

Dima Lukyanenko, the mere presence of tabs within the web page is annoying enough. Everything that's clicked generates a tab that never closes until I click the 'close all tabs' button hidden top right. I've stayed on the old ticket interface to avoid all this slop (AI, tabs and other slowing script you keep adding). I don't need 20 ticket tabs in Atera, I can manage with the brower's tabs to open the company and devices whilst the other has the ticket.

while I have you - we would love to turn off all AI functions, they just slow browser and ticket refresh and we are left waiting - a lot. We are left waiting for the ticket to populate fully (5-45 seconds if it works, sometimes it just spins the atera icon for minutes until we can't wait any more - close the browser completely, delete browser cookies (now many times a week) - and it starts all over. But atera is not the only browser item open so we are left logging back into several services again just to get Atera functional. Our usability is degraded substantially - techs are in different offices across the country - we have the same issues.

We have no sue for them in our work flow, so they just stack up eating browser resources - and have to manually be closed - for us we have no use for them

Please elaborate on what is not working well for you the ticket tabs?
Ticket tabs will be evolving from their MVP form soon and we would appreciate some feedback to improve them so they represent more value.++
