Within our organization, we have recently received our first AI-Ready laptop: an HP EliteBook Ultra G1q AI PC, equipped with a Snapdragon X Elite processor and based on the ARM64 architecture.

We attempted to install the standard x64 agent (the one available for Windows 11), but it has caused multiple application-level errors due to platform incompatibility. Below is a sample error from the Event Viewer:

As you can see, the error occurs because the installer is built for x64 systems, which is incompatible with our ARM-based device.

Given this situation, we urgently require a Windows 11 ARM64-compatible installer. However, it appears that we currently do not have the option to generate or download one from the Atera control panel.

Could you please assist us by providing access to an ARM64 installer for the agent, or advise us on the best course of action in this case?
