More sub divisions in the knowledge base.
Please give us the ability to create more levels in the knowledge base than categories/sections/articles.
It's difficult to structure a whole company's knowledge base with just these 3 levels.

I completely agree, it's a great idea! Additionally, having a full list of all article titles available internally would be incredibly helpful. While the current system with short quotes and a limited display of five articles is useful, it can make finding specific, less common articles more time-consuming.
