Tie ticket to a KB
Tie ticket to a KB. For example, if during a ticket, a certain issue was resolved, it would be nice to create a KB out of it for future references

This is a great idea. Right now I've just got to basically copy all the bits I want to keep over onto another page when it should just let me convert the existing ticket into a KB article. Great input!
