Have the ability for the customers internal IT department to have access into their own customer in Atera.

Is a solution for your request to add the customer IT department as an Atera user (yes it is another fee since it is per user but we charge the organization) then in Admin making a group, adding that user to the group and finally granting them access to only their customer? This is what we do for our customers IT department.
