Connection status to an Agent
Would like to see some kind of status, if someone is currently connected to a device. Meaning, I go through all the steps of making a connection to the point it starts to paint the desktop and then I get a message that someone else is already connected. Just would be nice to know that before hand, and possibly who is connected, before going through those steps, and find another method.
Our team mostly uses Splashtop for our remote connections.

The USER ACTIVITY is critical for me as I have a rule to never connect to an active computer or one that has been idle for less than 15 minutes unless it is an emergency. I would like to have the system idle time present on the main dashboard for all devices.

We need this also for Anydesk.
Maybe a trigger for when we click the connect button similar to the auto ticket timer clock, and then we have to manually "disconnect" The indicator can live at the top of the Atera page similar to the ticket timer as well.
