Tickets show exact date
Tickets in the ticket list should show the exact date and time of creation, and then "1 day ago" or whatever in parentheses.

yeah this makes looking for old tickets from a specific date terrible
ex looking for a ticket from june of last year you have to either guess around what # weeks to look for, or do the math/use a calculator -

Agreed. I just hat to find a ticket from August 2 - had to open a bunch to see if it was the correct date. This would be very helpful (and should be easy to implement).
