This would be great. Plus setting one as the primary for the ticket. The two requests about supervisor and common issue for many comes up often with our clients.

Schools & Districts have nurses and other vendors (outside email addresses) that involve that regularly visit to schools sites. We work with charter schools and they have their own domains but the district has one domain. Those user should be tag with multiple sites. It would be great to have them come in and allow us to tag the user the site the user is having issues.
