Update Atera agent remotely
Be able to Update atera agent using the rmm tool in atera instead of having to manually uninstall the agent then run a script then install new version

Thanks to you, Atera is better today than it was yesterday! The feature you requested has been implemented and released!
You can now install a new agent with the updated version via the Atera command prompt.

I'm confused here. Are you trying to uninstall the agent entirely, or just get it updated? It should update automatically without you needing to do anything. If you need to reinstall it, that probably does need to be done manually. And if you're trying to uninstall it to remove it from an endpoint, just delete the endpoint from the Atera console and it will automatically uninstall the agent within a few minutes (although it won't automatically uninstall Splashtop, which would be great).

About 1/3 of our devices are assigned to field employees who rarely come into the office. this would be a huge time saver

This is a necessary feature. I do business on military installations. The ability to remove the Agent and Splashtop by remote is a requirement.
