We're happy to account that the ability to customize the browser tab icon (favicon) for the Customer Portal is now available!
You can do so by navigating to Admin > Whitelabel > Company Icon.
We hope you enjoy this new ability and find it useful.

Can we upload our logo.ico file to the Customer Portal so when customers open the link the icon in their browser tab matches our business logo.ico instead of the Green A?

In the White label services for the customer portal, I would like to change the Favicon to our branded Favicon instead of the Atera Favicon. It's not 100% white label if I can't change that. I find this to be critical, so that my customers don't necessarily know what it is that I'm using under the covers.
