Rank Customization

Customizable rank fields would be helpful for those of us that rank our customers by a different scale. For example I offer three different contracts that associate a customer with a rank. My ranking scale is silver, gold, and platinum.

    We would like to utilise this field to mark our customers as SLA or non-SLA as we don't want to represent our clients into different tiers. We do much of on-site work and would look bad if our client notices that they are marked "silver" where some are "gold".

    Agree with this. I would like for us to customize the whole column or even have the option to hide and use other data.

    Yes, we would love that feature, too. Would like to be able to have 4 rankings or at least rename the 4 that are currently available to customize them.
