Add HelpDesk Agent and Chat to the View Filter
It will be very useful to be able to filter a View by HelpDesk Agent and Chat activation status

It would be great to see this displayed on the Agent screen to see if the HelpDesk agent or Chat are enabled. Currently you set it and hope it worked with no way to confirm.
