Extensions for phone numbers
We used to be able to put phone extensions in a contact's phone number, but with the new update phone numbers are required to be ten digits. I propose a section next to the phone number called "extension" or "ext" where we can put the extension for each contact.

We have so many clients that you can only get to the right person with their extension. I don't even get an error message if you put a phone number in 'wrong' so it looks like it saved but then when someone else opens the ticket, the number isn't there.
Having the ability to include extensions is extremely important.
