Improve API to get the field RateID when search for workhoursrecords

Actually there is no way go get data in the field RateID querying API, so is not possible to import ticket data to a custom ERP.
Without this field is not possible to create invoices

    I was all excited for Atera's API when we started using it (about 3 years ago now), I can't believe this BASIC functionality is still not available.
