"Register ticket creation time"
Allow for this feature to be permanently deleted when creating new tickets.
Hey all,
We're happy to let you know you can now disable the timer to register the ticket creation time, by default.
This can be configured from Admin > Settings > Tickets.

Please allow a configuration option to disable 'Register ticket creation time' when creating a ticket as we do not want to add time for creating the ticket to to the invoice for our customers. This shall be optional! At the moment we have 'deselect' this with every new ticket. Thank you.

Register ticket creation time cannot be turned off when you create a ticket, but WE SHOULD have the option to turn off in general. Can you please add this feature. Thank you. With regards, Frank Mprove IT

Have the ability to automatically have the 'Register ticket creation time' unchecked when creating a new ticket.

Would like the ability to default the "register ticket creation time" when adding a new ticket to off. We have to untick this everytime we add a new ticket manually.
