non technical staff
Need the ability to have non-technical staff in Atera's Admin section for billing and account (customer) setup. These back-office people have zero need nor should they have access to RMM capabilities.

have to agree with all the comments made so far. not just for billing customers but also access to Atera invoices and payment methods. Technicians dont have access to the company credit in most cases

Any MSP over a couple of staff will likely have some sort of accounts function that is not a technician or business owner and if they haven't they absolutely should have - this is a barrier to them working more efficiently where they have to pay another subscription just to run a few reports. Security good practice would also dictate that the administrative (setup) functions for the system should not be accessible by an account used day to day. There should be a delineation between technical and back office functions.

I've only been with Atera for 6 months or so and this has already become a major issue. It would allow Atera's clients to thrive in the back-office while giving the technicians what they need in the front-office. Let's do this!!!!

The current setup requires technicians to take time out of their day to download and send invoices to Accounting as needed. Access should be free for them to log in and get the information they need.
