Permission Levels

Provide more permission to users.
Give permission to assign to folders to not just admin, permission to create IT automation too.

    Give permission to admin to create, update, delete contracts, as currently only fully admin able to create contracts only.

    This would be nice to have. The current approach is convoluted. I shouldn't need access to billing settings to have full control over user and device relations.
