    please make them searchable, as we are used to have client "shortnames" (like WS, NM etc.) implemented in our documentation and CMDB and are kind of uses to search for them.

    this would be a great facility whereby i can define custom variables per customer that can then be referenced by say scripts and automation profiles? that way I just need one global patch deployment automation profile, rather than one per customer if they have different requirements for example on the frequency of the patching
