When searching contacts by phone number through the API, the searchOptions.phone filter only matches the Phone field of a contact. It does not match MobilePhone, even though both fields are part of the same

Trustpilot Integration
Integration with Trustpilot (for AFS) would be a very worthwhile option. Public reviews and feedback are crucial to gaining trust from the public and other businesses.
Currently AFS requires a BCC option to work, this is something Atera doesn't support - having a direct integration with Trustpilot (like many other platforms) would make this much easier.

API Enhancement: Add 'LastInternalComment' and 'IsSolution' Properties
We request two specific additions to the API to improve ticket management and documentation:
Ticket Endpoint: Add a LastInternalComment field (similar to the existing LastEndUserComment).
Comments Endpoint: In GET /api/v3/tickets/{ticketId}/comments, include the boolean status IsSolution for each comment object.
Context & Why this is useful:
LastInternalComment: We need to quickly see the status of a ticket based on the last technician note, not just the user's reply. Currently, we have to download all comments to find the last internal update.

Clear up oversight in a posted script
Frequently, ALL of my installed agents (across the few customers I have) suddenly show up as offline. I was previously a Starlink customer, I now have fiber; this has happened with both providers. I'm aware of the recent Cloudflare outage; this has happened before the outage, so it's not that.
Using the PowerShell script from https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/215955967-Troubleshoot-Atera-s-Windows-agent... nothing came up as wrong.
HOWEVER, looking under Category: Atera Agent Version, it shows the following:

Add Patching Status to the Public API for Dashboard Integration

A possibility of monitoring the availability of phonenumbers and SIP-Trunks would be great. You should also get a notification, if a number is unreachable.
