  1. It would be nice to be able to get a report of all the KB:s that have been installed on a specific computer/server the last week for instance.

  2. It would be great to have a security report under "Classic Reports" which shows per customer all open vulnerabilities per agent, open ports per agent, found etc.

  3. Advanced Reports allows you to configure almost anything within the "Agent" device details. The Classic Reports presents Software Inventory, Advanced Reports should have the ability to do the same thing. The software that is currently available in custom reports, is only specific to options when using the "Software Bundles" within Atera.

  4. Advanced Reports allows you to configure almost anything within the "Agent" device details. I have noticed that you are not allowed to add Agent "Custom Fields" that are specific to the agent. It would make sense that this information is available within the report options.

  6. It would be very useful to be able to pull up a report per device on who has logged on to it over a timeframe. I.e. show all logon / logoff events over past week / day for a specific laptop.

  10. Option to label/title scheduled reports, so the generated email reflects which report <X> completed for customer <Y>.
    That way the same report can be scheduled for multiple customers and can be easily differentiated.

  12. When running a report, S1 reports as "Agents <Computername> Anti-virus is inactive or not up to date." in red text. This isn't accurate. These reports go out to customers automatically. Can you please fix this to report properly?

  13. On an agent you can choose a date format for a custom field, which works great. However when you run the Auditor report and it includes this field, Excel can't sort by the dates because it doesn't recognise the format.

    Please can you change the date format into something Excel can easily recognise? Thanks in advance :)

  15. I would like a report that I can schedule to run weekly on all of our SNMP printers to read the OID values that we have set up. This would allow us to preemptively ensure that we have printer consumables on hand before the customer calls and has run out of toner.

  18. It's great that you can export the software inventory report for the entire site, but it would be helpful if you can generate a software inventory report for an individual agent in a site. The only option for generating the report is to select a site, would it be possible to add a selection field to pick 1 agent from the site to generate the report on? This would be immensely helpful to reduce the amount of information being generated in the report if we have multiple agents in a site.

  19. At the moment, I cant see what devices are missing in terms of software without doing a manual lookup. I want a software report that would tell me if certain devices are not using certain software that is required, like a specific anti-virus software, or if office365 products are missing on the machine, etc.

  20. Id like to see some sort of reporting capabilities other than the metrics monitoring a piece of hardware's up time in a week, month etc. Basically, the employees that work from home I need to know at least the up time of their unit in a working day in a report format per device
