  2. Please have te option the have the ticket shown only one time.
    So we see the totaltime spended on the ticket and not per technician.

  3. A report or a additional choice to the Software Inventory report, I love that I can see everyone with a piece of software installed, but I would love to see a report of people MISSING software. I think the software Inventory is great for this just needs to be adjusted to allow for both.

  6. Allow the option for both classic & advanced reports to be automatically password protected when scheduled. The idea being that a technician can schedule reports to be sent to customers on a regular basis and report can only be accessed by password. This would allow for reports to be protected without needing to be manually edited by the technician every time using a third-party app.

  7. The Auditor Report produces a list of devices that do not have Office installed. This should not show up as an Alert. This can be misleading (especially when hI am sharing this report with a customer). Also, the colour red looks very alarming and always indicates an error. My suggestion : Don’t use „alarm colours“ in such reports, simply use grey or use the same colours ot the state (green, yelloq, red).''

  9. Audit Report graph beam for hard disk always uses red which is an alarm color. instead the report should use same color design like in the device view. means empty disk green, next level orange and nearly full red...

  11. Info in Audit Log is often vague or missing. I want to see more activity. For example
    1. What script was ran not just 'a script was ran'.
    2. Patch installed, including patch name (currently patch install not recorded)
    3. Technician John connected remotely with Splashtop
    etc

  13. At the moment, the Atera UI shows us that a machine requires a reboot, but without running a command against each machine, it is not possible to identify if they require a reboot directly with the API. This would be a very useful feature for the purpose of patching and reporting.

  14. Issue: Currently, when generating a report, such as a Software Inventory Report, users can see the names of devices and the versions of software they have installed. However, if they want to go to a specific device, they need to close out the report and navigate to the device manually.

    Request: Add hyperlinks to the device names in reports so users can navigate directly to them.

  15. Need to know what date/time an alert is created and when it resolves. Currently the easiest way to see this is with an email. I would like to have this date/time of the alert time and alert auto resolve time to be able to view from the advanced reports.

  19. When pulling a Timesheet Report, it would be most helpful to be able to pull the time dedicated to a certian Ticket Number. When we bill our Break/Fix clients, it is by the ticket number. Also, if our regular client has a certian ticket that they want billed to a specific PO or Payment Account, they request that single ticket separately. As it stands now, we must pull the PDF and edit through the PDF to include only one ticket. Having the ticket number in the filter would eliminate many admin hours.

  20. In the Products and Expense Report there is currently no DATE column.
    It would be quite helpful to add that column. As it stands now, you must drill into each ticket and pull the information
