Quick device search using delimiters
Hello! I'd love to see a feature where in the search bar on the Devices page I could do a search for multiple devices using a delimiter of some sort to separate the names.
Example: TJONES;MSTEVENS;PC1-001
and only those devices show up in the search. Much quicker than dealing with filters.
Thanks for all your excellent work!1 vote -
hardware inventory
Add a new tab on the left "Inventory" be able to have a list of hardware and associate them with a PC or client with custom fields like date price warranty ..., for example, I got 10 PC's i7 8gen 500$ each from Jan 1st 2023 , I click on one of them and add it to a client folder or SSD or monitor...

Monitoring agent
Monitoring Agent - Bulk Change
I need the option to do a bulk migration of devices to a different monitoring agent. I don't know why this is automatically chosen instead of being monitored by the original search agent in Network Discovery. It's very non-intuitive. When I go to delete a monitoring agent it says move all monitored agents. I have to click EACH AND EVERY device that is being monitored by this agent. It's painfully time consuming. I would also be better for the selected monitoring agent to be a server rather than some random PC that goes offline or…

Stream Monitoring
I have several large clients that stream real time video to events like Black Hat 2023 in Las Vegas. If you are unfamiliar with the event it has a virtual booth day on the last half of the ticket.
I have clients in remote location that will stream thier presentation directly to the company booth. They use software encoders to push the video to the booth server.
They run in to problems like Task Manager popping up while broadcasting. This wrecks the stream and they look embarrasing to thier clients. This has happened hundreds of times.
I manage thier packet…

Laptop Lockdown
With more users working remote, it would be nice to be able to lock a laptop so it cannot be used from the dash. Similar with what you can do with iPhones if it is lost or stolen. Once locked, we should be able to enter a password or remove lock from device dashboard.

Push file to multiple device
Would like to be able to push a file to a device (or group of devices) the same way you can run a script. Upload the file, and specify where it should land on the devices locally. Rather than having to upload a script to download the file and pushing the script.
The file transfer module at the device level I find is fairly unreliable for larger files, so if the above feature is added, if should do some type of file parting to make it is able to continue if the connection is dropped or is weak etc.7 votes -
Open up system console and run on user contact:
Open up system console and run on user contact: We used to have it in Managed Engine, you can open up the system console, you have a way of seeing it under the use contact. That would be useful something that need to run on a user contact (command, to clear credentials).

Select All for 'unassigned folder' to allow the ability to move devices in there all at once
Currently, the only way to move unassigned devices from the 'unassigned' to say 'workstations' is to go into devices, filter client/device type/folder, click the 3 dots, edit relations
Suggestion: the other folders in Customer/Devices have a check box for all devices or individual ones, and edit relations that way, it would be cool to have that in the unassigned folder, which is right next to the other folders.

Notes in devices overview
We have some customers whose servers have names like S01, S02, S03 etc. We would like a note field in the device overview that describes the function of the server at first glance.

SNMP Live Monitoring
My team needs to monitor all devices on one computer monitor to see the status of each device with one glance. This is a critical feature of what we do. It is critical for us be able to walk in and look at a monitor and see a RED light telling us something is down so we can be proactive BEFORE the phones start ringing.

Ability to access devices without remoting into it
Ability to access devices on the network their web gui, without having to log into a machine. Being able to pass httpp and access the log-in, without having to log into the device in the network. Other RMMs do have that capability. Web interface that we can log into. Pass through one of the devices on the network and just pull up back-end web interface where we can log in without disturbing the customer.

Type casting for OID values
It should be possible to display and monitor values which are reported by devices e.g. as HEX formattd values. Ability to automatically cast them to e.g. integers would create better ability to monitor and compare them
