An error occurred while saving the comment Ward Barker commentedIn addition to devices that the Mr. Couch listed, I'd like to see NAS devices, VOIP phones, Printers/Copiers, etc. There should be user-configurable flag to accommodate for leased or owned devices (re: common with Printers/Copiers) but allows those devices to be monitored while not being outright controlled.
Some of those devices may NOT support direct installation of an agent, but being able to configure by MAC or some other means would mean that they could be remotely accessed (like Synology NAS devices).

An error occurred while saving the comment Ward Barker commentedI'd like more than just being able to "monitor" a device; I'd like to be able to see its status and, although remote connection wouldn't be possible (re: Splashtop), being able to open a QuickConnect tab should be possible.
With that, I could create a device list of all Synology devices or NVRs, and see them under Devices across all customers. THAT would be great!

This is particularly true for franchises that have multiple locations but a single owner/point of contact. Rather than treat them as separate customers--which prohibits the use of the same email address--treat them as one customer and a common email address.
Note that it's possible that an owner might have more than one franchise...
