It would be helpful if you integrated with credit card companies, allowing an MSP to charge a customers invoice.
I agree, please change the ticket activity from "AWAITING CUSTOMER RESPONSE" or "AWAITING TECHNICIAN RESPONSE" to "CLOSED" or "RESOLVED".
