alerts
It is imperative that there be a separate/different subject line when a computer is unavailable, and also that it indicates how many computers are involved. This is basic for any RMM and is a huge flaw in your service. For those of us who have a lot of customers/machines, there are a lot of emails that come in daily and it is way too easy to miss ones as critical as unavailability. It cannot be that difficult to have those go out with a different subject line, or even allow for text notifications under those circumstances.

Filter Alerts by Agent
Whether I'm under customer alerts or all alerts there are filters, but we are missing a filter by agent. This could be done just the same as the advanced device filters. We collect so much data on alerts but there's no way to see all the historical alerts for a single machine.

Automatic problem solving / display automatic solution suggestions
it would be nice if atera could fix errors on its own. search the event logs for errors and solve them on its own or at least suggest solutions using Microsoft KB articles.

Please add a way to stop Alerts for a whole customer for extended amounts of time
For our maintenance we need to be able to stop alerts customer wide. Right now it is an extremely cumbersome and limited function that needs to be extended. Your competitor has had this feature implemented long ago and we are considering switching back to them because of this issue.

Drive Usage by percentage OR free space
Drive usage by percentage only is not terribly useful given the wide variety of current storage capacities: a 'data' drive may hold multiple TB, whereas an older/cheaper SSD may be 256GB or less.
Please add and AND/OR type statement to allow for multiple conditions in an alert, so we can specify a warning or critical alert based on relevant criteria, without having to create separate profiles for each type of device.

Intregation of Email-based Monitoring
Add Integration Monitoring of Email-Notifications from different Devices, likewise "Checkcentral" for example. We monitor Backupjob from different systems with different Software. The Software send only Mails, when the Backup-Job is definitly running OK, otherwise the Monitor shows failure.

Device down alerting
We'd like to create a separate alerting option, and logic for "Device down" category. We'd like to specify a different e-mail address for that condition, as well as configure a reminder alert until the condition is resolved, or the alert is manually resolved.

Coupling alerts and thresholds
The ability to couple alerts together. At present I receive many alerts when the fans on macs are low or not spinning but this is due to the devices being idle and not generating enough heat for the fans to spin up, but turning off the monitor is something that we don't want to do. What would work is the ability to say take the CPU temp threshold along with the fans speed and then flag that. Since if the fans are not rotating possibly not working) and the CPU is high then we would know that there is potentially…

Disable alerts for event logs / centralize event logs
We want to monitor all critical event logs but we do not want to receive alert emails from them. Other alerts like when devices are offline should generate an alert email but not event logs.
Like this it would enable customers to centralize their event logs in Atera.

Alert to notify client contract type when ticket created
Hello, i am wondering if there is a way to create an editable pop up notification / warning or tip when a ticket is received.
the idea is to allow for a technician to receive a ticket, and if there are some unique or special client requirements, the pop up will automatically open providing the information we have set for that client1 vote -
Make threshold checks less sensitive
Since moving to 100th percent for disk threshold checks, we now get a great many more alerts/resolves as storage bumps against the threshold. Was never so frequent when checks were whole percent.
Can we either go back to whole percent, which was perfectly adequate or revise the threshold checks so it doesn't generate so many alerts. Option 1 is simpler but if there's a valid reason for measuring disk usage at 100th of a percent then it needs a "resolution" threshold as well.
That is, above 90% warning alert but needs to drop below say 85% before the alert is…

allow to set a delay on custom Service Thresholds
we are monitoring if a specific service is runing , and using the selfhealing feature to restart the service if the service is not runing.
in the case of i.e. updating the Service this can/will cause issues as Atera is trying to start the service (while UPdated)
so it would be nice if we can set a delay (simular to i.e. if the processor is to hot) of x min, where this Selfhealing would not jump in.
