Create Custom Threshold Items
Add the ability to create a threshold item such as a Powershell script that can generate alerts based on whatever value the script returns. I have a lot of custom monitoring going on in the RMM program that I am currently using and it will be difficult to figure out how I will continue that monitoring if I choose to make the switch to Atera.

Monitoring tickets
If you get an alert and it opens a ticket, if it got resolved on its own, to have the ticket close automatically

alerts
Would be good if you can select more than 20 alerts to resolve, maybe have a ALL alerts to be resolved.
If you have 1000 of Alerts, you have to scroll down the screen and then go back to the top of the screen and select ALL

Send alert to user directly
It would be really good if we could tackle issues on a preventative basis. Such as if the C: is getting full, Atera would notify the user directly with an email or alert to inform the user that their C: is nearly full and to look to clear out space. Rather than notify IT who then notifies the user.

Alerts for software install or remove event 1033 1034 everyone should use this, and its useless because it reports on too much garbage
Fix all alerts by allowing to create a filter to filter out stuff that is SPAMMING. Everyone should be monitoring software install and uninstall but your implementation is so SPAMMY is unusable.. such a waste of time when a few lines of code could fix it.. you know it's a problem, fix it.

ungroup alerts
Need to get atera alerts to not group multiple alerts into one email and/or at least allow you to turn on/off grouping of alerts.
This is required to create separate tickets from these alerts feeding into third party ticketing systems.

Exclude some processes in alarm view of RAM utilization
It would be useful to exclude some processes, like the backup process, in the alarm view of memory usage. Because during backup time the server should use all available memory resources.

Threshold Event By Source Improvement
Event By Source could be very powerfull if you add the possibility to define a filter ID (Events to Exclude (comma separated)) like there is in Event System. In this way is possible to receive alerts from specific source in any case and decide if any specific event ID can be ignore.
For example:
- Category: Events By Source
- Source Folder: Other
- Custom Folder: Directory Service
- Event Severity: Warning
- Source Names or Event IDs: Microsoft-Windows-ActiveDirectory_DomainService- Events to Exclude (comma separated): 3041
In this way I get all warning alert releated to Directory Service but ignore only…

Threshold selective email alert
Hi support,
I think it could be nice to have the possibility to mark what kind of a part threshold can send email and what no.
For example: hdd usage over 90% sends critical email alert, but cpu temp over 70 for a couple of time not.7 votesNice! The feature you requested is being reviewed by our product team. Customize preset alerts
As it stands, Atera offer pre-set Alerts. However, you cant change the severity of these unless you delete them and set your own up. This is time consuming. It would be great to change the severity of pre-set alerts that Atera have created.

Specific device alerts
Would be nice if you could select the devices that you want alerts from instead of all the devices, like if you have servers and desktops mixed and you only want alerts from the servers to select only them to send out alerts for going offline etc.

automatic resolving alert
Would it be very useful to set up an automatic resolution of alerts? Every morning I find over 150 alerts but they have already been resolved automatically. So I don't understand if there really is a warning or not.

Alert Email Notification
Allow setting up of alert notifications to clients via email. We have requests from clients to receive device alerts on email, it would be nice to have a feature where you can set up a mail alert and recipient. We have been able to get some sort of notification via some custom automation rules, but this does not come close enough to be viable for customer use.
We are able to do the above with comodo......
