Pending Till Date
It would be really nice to have the ability to assign a date to a ticket for how long it will pend till. Despite having automations that auto change tickets back to open, sometimes tickets don't require a routine follow up. This would be beneficial for tickets that are more like projects or require a specific date before the next actions could be taken.
