New Look Ticket View - Sorting is missing
The old ticket view had the ability to sort the records. Please bring this back! We don't always want the sort order to be the most recent modified first.
Hi,
We're excited to inform you that the feature you suggested exists in the new Tickets page.

Thank you for helping us improve Atera!

Hi Karen,
Thanks for flagging this. Sorting is still available in the new ticket list — it’s just handled directly from the column headers (and you can save multiple “sorted views” to switch between).
How to sort (single column):
- Go to Tickets (list view).
- Make sure the column you want is visible (use Columns / Customize columns if needed).
- Click the column name to sort by it. Click again to toggle ascending / descending (you’ll see the sort indicator on the header). How to keep different sort orders (switchable views):
- Set your columns + sort the way you want (e.g., Ticket ID, Status, Priority, SLA due, Last action date).
- Save that configuration as a saved view / preset (so you can create “By ID”, “By Status”, “By SLA”, etc.) and switch between them as needed. If there’s a specific column you expect to be sortable and it isn’t behaving that way, share the column name and I’ll validate it.
