In the agent 'New Look' page, the ability to edit the page is a great idea, but the execution defeats the purpose. Please either allow the old look again, restore functionality, and/or improve the customization.
The Metrics bar, which was incredibly useful, is now useless. It's inability to zoom, select, and the lack of timestamps one each data point makes it completely useless. It also bugs out and sometimes doesn't even display the time range on the bottom.
The inability to resize the widget boxes by dragging the edges to the right makes no sense, and severely limits the usefulness of having a customizable page.
The snapping of widgets when rearranging is counter intuitive, and doesn't work most of the time.
The inability to add, remove, or customize the widgets is unhelpful.
The pre-set limitations on the sizing of existing widgets doesn't make sense. Widgets that make more sense as a tiny few icons, is now almost as wide as the main device info widget, for no reason. Other widgets, which you might want bigger, are now size limited.

Dividing the device details up and placing them under headers inside a widget with no customization makes things worse. It is slower and more difficult to find the information we want. Please either allow us to move that information to their own widgets, or just remove the headings and put all the information into a single, scrollable page/widget.
