Advanced IP Address Info (consolidated)

It would be useful to have a 'more' button next to the current external/internal IP address info for a device. This could show more advanced info, Subnet, Gateway, DHCP server, DNS etc.

    This would be Very handy. I would be also happy with it to say like this:

    as an example

    Add the private IP as a column to the devices console or to one of the reports.

    Would be great to have the local IP address, not just the public, available from the main Devices page.

    I'd like to suggest an improvement for the Customer > Devices view. It would be very helpful if the "Private IP" address could be added as an optional column via the "Edit Columns" feature. Currently, this information isn't available in the list view, and having quick access to it would streamline diagnostics and device management.

    Only Public IP/Hostname option available today in column.

    It would be nice to be able to display the private IP address of workstations in the device view without having to click on the device, not just the public IP address as is the case today.

    Being able to see the IP-Adress next to the devicename would be pretty handy.. Instead of clicking on a Agent to get the IP-Adress information, the IP-Adress could be displayed in the devicelist right next to the devicename to safe time for the technician.

    This would be handy for us to easily see who is off-site working as some staff use mobile hotspots and we may not want to push updates out to them at that moment.

    YES! We have multiple locations and have different subnets at each location. Seeing the IP gives us info on where this device is.

    Also, if not included, the IP would also be nice when searching for assets

    I'd need to extract a list of all devices added in Atera for a customer (Window, Linux, Mac, Printers, AP, etc) with their IP address and Mac address for comparison purposes.

    When looking at the devices for a customer it would be nice to see their local IP address to compare across all devices, easier to quickly check the server IP or a workstation IP to compare info

    Have DNS Addresses show under IP Address for Devices. Would be pretty handy in a lot of situations. It's always DNS!
