Allow Old interface to be accessed
Put back the option to use the old interface

Would prefer this for "tickets" window - simple streamlined, no AI integration, no ticket tabs - we just want FAST access and availability to start responding immediately (not wait for AI to pre-load before we can start responding) without all the waiting and delays of the new add ons we just don't use and subsequent poor browser refreshing issues.
