Launch Powershell Script when client back online

Is it possible to add the ability to run a script when a customer comes back online?

    I feel this feature is crucial for script running, in an environment where patching is required it would make a world of sense that when a device comes back online it can autonomously run the scheduled script and complete the task.

    This could be an automation profile where I could select certain computers to run a certain script once it finally comes back online
