It would be very helpful to have an integration with ConnectWise Manage.

    I am trying to get proper alerts read into Connecwise so I can do on-call and offline notifications. Everything else works great.

    Feel the same way here, we use connectwise manage for all of out ticketing and billing. Use Atera for the RMM part which works great.

    Would like for that information to be able to flow over to connectwise manage.
