    Feel the same way here, we use connectwise manage for all of out ticketing and billing. Use Atera for the RMM part which works great.

    Would like for that information to be able to flow over to connectwise manage.

    This is critical from doing security audits on customers systems. This seems like a no brainier from a security standpoint.
