Create ticket for customer without selecting contact person
I need the ability to create a generic ticket for a client for internal use, I don't want the ticket to show on the client portal.

This is critical for my org too. We create tickets for various purposes that technicians can leave a time entry on. These tickets are more for our internal use and to track time on projects. As a workaround, I was going to create shared mailboxes in our MS365 environment for these customers and then create a "No Contact" Contact for every customer that uses this mailbox.
