Customer Template to be used when adding new customers
At present, we create a new customer, download and install the agent which adds the device into Atera RMM. We then have to click on that device and via Relations, assign it to a folder. But that folder is not there so it has to be created manually. We then also have to manually assign profiles to that folder. We have approx 7-8 folders with profiles applied which are the same for 98% of our customers. We have to repeat this process for every new customer we add. This is a very long process and prone to many errors when inputting. If when a new customer is created, the folders and profiles structure are applied to that new customer, it would save loads of time and cut down on typo errors etc. So when a device gets added its only a case of manually assigning the device to the correct folder, which is much quicker.
