Costumize Alert Emails
Being able to costumize Alert Email for each alert where you can choose what informations the email should contain. Instead of "Machine status unknown..." you can choose what the alert email should say.

This would be absolutely beneficial - don't understand how no love since 2022.

Absolutely important. I would like the alerts to not be html, but a plain text email with very minimal info. I am not sure why the alert emails look better than the ticket emails.
