  1. Integration with Snipe-it would allow for seamless asset management to support ticket analysis. This would improve customer justification for asset replacement and also help with hardware upgrade opportunities.

  3. I would be nice, to set a rule to eventlog alerts, that if the event doesnt occour again in X minutes, then the alert is resolved automatically.

    Or make an option to resolve the alert based on later events.

    We need the ability to assign multiple technicians to a ticket. We have ceveral tickets that would consider projects requiring multiple technicians to coordinate assigned tickets.

  5. When i view the customer list, the buttons are too large, it would be nice to be able to list my customers all on one page, instead of having to scroll to find the one i want.

  6. It would be a great feature to allow us to move back to a previous page. Let say you're in the customer view/page and you have selected the wrong customer. Currently you'll need to select on the main option Customer on the side bar to view your list of customers to start over. Whereas if you have a button to move back, it convenient to go to the previous page.

  7. It would be nice if threshold profiles were overhauled to use a system that uses a default parent profile and then you just create child profiles that contain deviations from the parent profile, for example, say for example we decide that on most devices we want to change the space alert from 90% to 95%, at the moment you have to go through and update every single profile that you have created.

    What would be nicer is if that all additional profiles inherited the settings in the parent profile and then you just tweak anything that you want to disable…

  8. Some of my customers have asked if there is a way to whitelist their portal access to their company - instead of showing my company. These clients are co-managed customers. It would just be less confusing for their end users. Along with this - the ability to setup the support@clientemailaddress.com as the address for them to submit trouble tickets - and it be attached to their customer / client profile - for ticket submission.

  9. We regularly run compliance checks on our systems to see if they are up-to-date as we don't have everyone on Patch Management. It would be nice to exclude devices that have not checked in during a certain time frame (set by user)

  10. Add the Last Seen field in the agent API. This is to help retire/delete old devices that have not checked in a specified time frame

  12. Provide a Remote Connection report to show dates, times and duration of a remote connection. This is highly valuable to demonstrate remote actions to clients and justify MSP services and value. Also to potentially include remote worker reporting for add-on billing of the service.

  13. Please Provide some integration with Freshbooks. Currently we have to use a separate ticketing program (SherpaDesk) because it integrates with Freshbooks

  14. Add feature to group several customers and/or devices.
    Also, add feature to apply a threshold profile or running a script on a group.

    Just one example: Group that contains all servers, so I can apply a threshold profile or run a script on all servers at once.

  17. The same customer contact should be able to be assigned to several customers.
    We have contacts which need to be assigned to multiple customers. At the moment, a contact (because of the email address) can only occur with one customer.

  18. Software bundles can currently only be created with a specific version of an application. E.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC in version: 2021.005.20058, but Chocolatey can always install the latest version.

    It should be possible to make bundles that install e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC in the latest version. Otherwise the packages often have to be adapted.

  20. Since moving to 100th percent for disk threshold checks, we now get a great many more alerts/resolves as storage bumps against the threshold. Was never so frequent when checks were whole percent.

    Can we either go back to whole percent, which was perfectly adequate or revise the threshold checks so it doesn't generate so many alerts. Option 1 is simpler but if there's a valid reason for measuring disk usage at 100th of a percent then it needs a "resolution" threshold as well.

    That is, above 90% warning alert but needs to drop below say 85% before the alert is…
