JumpCloud SSO Integration
We use JumpCloud as our Identity Provider. It would be great to integrate IT team members into JumpCloud SSO so that it makes login easy for IT Admins to login into Atera Portal. JumpCloud is a great alternative to AD and has hundreds of SSO connnectors. JumpCloud supports SAML for SSO and this can be easily implemented with any software that supports SAML. Anything that makes IT admins' job easier would be a welcome addition. Same is true for other Atera Corporate Users that use other Identity providers like Okta, Onelogin, Azure, etc...

User Permissions in Admin Section
I saw in latest release that users can now have device control as well as monage scripts and patches etc without admin permissions but admin permissions are still required to edit knowledgebase.
I would suggest a toggle to allow / disallow access to:
Custom Fields
Ticket Automation Rules
Software Bundles
Thresholds
SNMP Templates
Email Templates
KnowledgebaseThis will make it easier to delegate hman resources to roles without needing to give full admin permissions to edit / create a KB Article.

Projects Pane
Projects area separate from daily tickets requests. Just like we have a Tickets pane, a Projects pane would be very helpful where we would have fields such as Initial Engagement date, Projected start date, Projected finish date, Tech assigned (multiple techs), Customer, Subject, Status ( Planning, Testing, Implementing, Standby, Scheduled, On Hold, Started, Completed and ability to enter other custom status), Tasks list with Start and finish dates for the task, ability to change the status on individual tasks to (started, on hold, scheduled, complete) and assigned tech. Device Metrics
Device metrics graph should have options to show other system stats like drive usage, drive space, temperatures, etc. Things that are monitored by threshold.

Ability to split out email into a new ticket
Sometimes we will have a client respond to an email for an old ticket which adds the email to the old ticket. Having the ability to split out that email into a new ticket would be handy.
Even being able to delete the email from the old ticket would be handy.

splashtop message logs
It would be good to be able to recover message history from splashtop remote help sessions. I have a billing dispute with a client where i need to show them the time spent on session as well as the chat history proving PEBKAC.
