Alert groups
I'd like to be able to group alerts. For example Server alerts or Workstation alert don't go to the same email address.
Eve better if it could be different email for different Customers.

Patch Management Failure Report
Provide Additional Failure Info. At the moment we can not see much information, more log info is needed for the user running the job so we can troubleshoot it internally, it’s probably the command we are running, this will be extremely useful

The ability to Remove or Edit the default Ticket fields

patch management on the fly profile assignment and execution
It would be good if we can at the device dashboard, select one or multiple devices and execute (RUN Now) a non-applied & unscheduled patch profile
In other words, to assign a patch profile from the list of non-applied & unscheduled patch profile to run immediately and after that remove that patch from the device.

Ticket Automation Rules - Ticket Internal Note Created for Email Notifications
Currently the condition Ticket Contact Responded is available which then can be used for email notifications.
Need to add this condition in the rules - Ticket Internal Note Created/Responded then have the option to add action Send an Email to Technician for email notifications

More granular technician time entries and reporting
It would be good to be able to run daily, weekly, monthly time reports etc that break down the technicians billable, productive and non billable time. For example 'billable' would be a standard rate for that client, 'productive' would be more for things to show the technician is doing work but might not necessarily be billable to the client such as pre-sales, internal documentation etc and non billable would be things like admin, emails, meetings etc.

Customize sent from address for emails
We have a few emails addresses setup that we would like to use to send emails from for different emails from Atera.
So for email alerts we use a specific email address, for Helpdesk tickets we use another email address, For reports another email address.
We would like to be able to setup each email type to be sent with a specific email account not all use the same email address.

Contract billing option for "Work from Home"
Add a "Work from Home" option in the billing contracts for customers so that the number of computers that have WFH enabled is automatically calculated and billed just like "Online Backup"

Working From Home Session Status
