Dashboard view under Custom for a snapshot of the device
Dashboard under each client with information that we select. A table view of last login time, IP address. This will allow us to see a healthy snapshot or shows us where we need to fix issues

Uptime dashboard per customer as well as customer accessible
I'd like to see a dedicated dashboard per client basis but also something that they could monitor themselves but with a delay that could be set by the administrator. So if it checks for internet connectivity or pings another host or measures a heartbeat then on failures goes red and notifies us first then have it show up on the customers dashboard after x minutes to allow reaction time based on the SLA we define with them. Also a way to exclude scheduled reboots would be cool and maybe just go yellow for rebooting or something.

API
Currently, it is possible to create a new customer using the API. From here, I can even create folders under the customer. I can even assign a threshold to a folder.
The only thing I am missing, is the ability to set Patch automation profiles to the folders.
This means that adding a customer is still a 2 fold job. Running a script and manually adding the correct patch automation profiles.

Communicate with users signed in on a device, without beginning a remote connection
While attempting to complete a task on a device clients device, I'm often encountering a user that is logged into that device. I can always check for logged in users before remoting in, however it would be really great to be able to send the current logged in user a notification or communication box to let them know that some maintenance is required.

Pull Customer Rank via API
Currently you can set a customer rank in the GUI, but this rank does not appear when pulling that customer via the API

There is a need for Record Bulk Update and Realignment
I have a large client with several hundred contacts. They have changed their email domain. We need a way to modify records in bulk. We also need a way to realign records. For example, we could use AD Sync to create new contacts with correct email addresses. However, we can't delete the old contact without losing the ticket history. The same is true when a technician gets a new email address.

Allow Contact to be Billable as well as Customers.
We have a lot of home users and I'd like to be able to bill them without setting up a customer for each.
I'd like to have a container for cash/adhoc customers (using unassigned currently)

Device Numbers
A field to show how many devices each customer has would be great. We need an overview of device numbers per client on one page ie.

Banner with a note at the top of Customer Profile
Banner that pops up on when you open a client where you can add a note so the next technician that goes onto that customer can see what has been done as of last. IT glue does it.

Bring back the letters on the top when choosing Client
I would like to see the letter filter brought back in to the Customer page. There is heaps of white space and sometimes it is MUCH quicker to filter by letter than to grab the keyboard and start typing (or scrolling)

Allow customers to log in and allow access to reports only, as a self-service option. To generate and schedule the reports they want and self-manage them.

Pagination for customers page.
Pagination for customers, if you have more than 600 customers that page takes over 30 seconds to load, so pagination is a MUST for larger customers.
