Export Customer List
At the top of the Customers page, add an "Export Customer List" and/or "Export Filtered Customer List" button that generates a CSV file with all of the Customer's general details (Name, Contact Email, etc.) This will help customers reconcile their Customer List in Atera with their active Customers to ensure accuracy.

Ability to integrate 2fa codes into the passwords area for each customer (e.g 365 2fa codes) rather than having to use 3rd party apps like authy to share 2fa codes for multiple engineers.

Arrangeable Customer Folders
Under Customer > Devices > Folders: The ability to arrange or drag the folders in a different order would be helpful for the organization. Under the current format, you create a folder and there is no way to arrange them.

hello,
we want to sort by column in the Ticket view.
by clicking on the column.
for the moment we have to clic filters, then select the field to sort, select the way to sort. then again press ok

Count of devices on each tab
Would be helpful to have a count of all devices that are on each tab. e.g. All would display the total number of devices, Favorites how many have been starred etc.

Please fix remote command prompt and powershell
It seems as though the remote command prompt and powershell have declined in performance rather than improved. It has always been buggy and had refresh issues, but now scrolling does not work as expected -- I now have to manually scroll down (this used to work). Also, if the command prompt or powershell dialog is minimized, it is non-responsive when restored -- I have to kill it and re-open a new instance.

Better API Lookups
Ability to use the API to look up customers by Phone Number instead of selecting a page and then locating the customer. Also ability to create customer with just a phone number and not an email if one is not available.

Password Import for Contacts
Add the ability to bulk import passwords either through the API or through a contact import using a CSV.
Currently there's no way to take previously generated passwords and attach them to existing customers. The password manager feature is great, but without being able to bulk import existing data it becomes incredibly difficult to maintain contacts. This would also be useful if passwords expire and need to be maintained.

global contracts
Global contracts that can be re-used by multiple customers. Ie - set up 'Break Fix' 'Project' 'Retainer' Etc and then just select which one is default for each customer. Unless I'm (and chat support) missing something. We need to create the same contract/s for each customer... which means that if terms ever change within the business we would then need to change each contract/s for each customer.

Outage Alert
Create method to email all customers regarding an outage. Outages that comes to mind are Microsoft service outage or Internet outage in a region.

In Customer>Passwords. Please add fields for MFA
Please add a field where we can enter the MFA verification code. When saved, the MFA codes will refresh and allow us to complete multifactor authentication to client websites with MFA enforced.

Add Product dropdown option on Contracts
Currently when creating a new contract you can only initially select from "Contract Rates" in the dropdown. If you want to contract for a "Product" you have to save the contract first, then edit and select the product as they are not initially displayed in the rate dropdown when creating the contract. This is probably good so as to not have to dig though all products and rates each time. I suggest, similar to the "Additional Rate" option to add a "Product / Service" dropdown so items can be selected on contract creation and save some clicks.

Customers with multiple office locations
Should be able to add additional locations/addresses for customers with more than one office.

Open images in an additional tab browser instead of downloading.
It would be extremely helpful if I didn't have to download an image to view it from a ticket. I need to be able to reference the image will replying to a ticket many times because of the information they contain.
Instead using an HTML to fileToForceDownload, it would be so much better to ContentType = "application/pdf";

Multi-tenant customer management
Multi-tenant customer management:
Within our organization we are one of 14 different branches, to our knowledge Atera does not currently have any way for us to associate a customer to which branches provide that customer with support. For example, say we have 3 branches and 6 Unique Customers we need to be able to associate the customers as per the below:
