I added a couple of custom fields to our Contacts. Would be great if we could bulk import the details with a CSV file.

Import Contacts - Add Mobile Phone to CSV Import Template
Add a Mobile Phone column to the Contacts CSV Import template and make sure it populates the Mobile Phone field in Customer Contacts.

Mark customer as delinquent
Allow us to mark a customer as delinquent on their account, and then it shows some type of icon or symbol next to their name on their portal and any tickets for them.
That way techs can easily see when a customer isn't paid up and can address it accordingly.1 vote -

Could we get a "Notes" section for a client contact? Right now we're opening a ticket, creating the note, then resolving the ticket. We don't want to use tickets as notes.

Change Customer Notes to a multi-line text block
As it is now, the Notes feature in the Customer view is nearly useless. Having to type everything separated by commas or slashes is an ugly solution to a problem that shouldn't exist.
Please let us create multi-lined notes within that block so we can use it more efficiently. And please, allow us to separate notes by pressing Enter to insert new lines.

Allow non-admin user to create device folder under site
Currently only an admin can create folders under Customers Tab->CustomerName->Devices. Could you add the ability to assign permission to a normal user to do this? Assigning Full Admin rights to 1st line support engineers just so they can create a folder is not a good idea.

More prompts before deleting mulitple customers.
When selecting multiple customers to delete, it would be good to see a list of these customers in the PERMANET DELETE prompt for double check. Also maybe another promtp to make sure.

add an abbreviated client name/client ID
Make it possible to add to the "full client name" an abbreviation or a kind of company ID code. We have this in other systems (documentation in IT portal for example) and are quite used to search for "WH" instead of "Westinghouse" etc.

Add extra fields to the customer information and a full notes section per customer
Add some extra fields to the customer information (where their phone # and address are listed) for things like ISP, Email host, domain host, phone provider, etc. Having a field for the provider/host and the corresponding contact information would be nice.
Also have a full notes section for each customer would be nice for storing client information. Basically just put a single page of the knowledge base on each customer portal where it's a full page editable field that you can store random client information.

manage Microsoft 365 users directly from Atera
It would be great to be able to manage Microsoft 365 users directly from Atera. Doing things like Password Resets, Create new users, Adjust / Add licenses, Email forwarding etc, instead of having to login to each customers Admin portal everytime. This can become extremely time consuming.

Ability to select columns in assets
We should be able to add (and sort) our custom asset fields in the list.
There is a lot of data there, and having to open each item is not a good way of managing these assets.We should be able to add the custom fields as columns and to be able to sort them.

to keep tickets once customer closed
I would be nice to be able to keep any tickets from a closed customer.
Actually, closing a customer mean to delete any datas (computers but also tickets).
But any tickets is important for the records.

Its just to add a basic option when we add contracts, we have no option to add our contract type (New Contract > On option "Contract Type"). Here we need to have our vendors option Like Microsoft , Zoho , Symantec etc for better filtering.
Now we can see its predefined by yourself and cannot be added our own.

ability to assign one contact to more than one customer. I have 1 customer with 13 locations. But one contact is working for all 13 locations. It makes things complicated.

Have templates for newly created customer (folders, IT auto, Threshold profile, software installation)
When we add a new client, it would be nice to have templates for them so as soon as we select them, it creates the right folder, it assigns the right IT auto profile & threshold based on those folder. It send out the software bundles
