to keep tickets once customer closed
I would be nice to be able to keep any tickets from a closed customer.
Actually, closing a customer mean to delete any datas (computers but also tickets).
But any tickets is important for the records.

Open images in an additional tab browser instead of downloading.
It would be extremely helpful if I didn't have to download an image to view it from a ticket. I need to be able to reference the image will replying to a ticket many times because of the information they contain.
Instead using an HTML to fileToForceDownload, it would be so much better to ContentType = "application/pdf";

Its just to add a basic option when we add contracts, we have no option to add our contract type (New Contract > On option "Contract Type"). Here we need to have our vendors option Like Microsoft , Zoho , Symantec etc for better filtering.
Now we can see its predefined by yourself and cannot be added our own.

Have templates for newly created customer (folders, IT auto, Threshold profile, software installation)
When we add a new client, it would be nice to have templates for them so as soon as we select them, it creates the right folder, it assigns the right IT auto profile & threshold based on those folder. It send out the software bundles

Process for clients
Halo PSA they have an area where you start an engagement with a potential client and basically, we enter the info and there is a continuation throughout the whole process. Start, contract sales, and then eventually it turns into a client. I would be able to bring in my marketing team inside Atera to start the process there. Right now we use Xoho forms.

copy password without clicking the 'show' button
Today i had to change the admin password, because i cannot copy the password without showing it.

Would be great if there was a better way to change a users passwords. At the least have a confirmation of when the password was saved that it actually worked. I very often click to save twice and sometimes it still dont seem to save. Also if it was easier in general to set up work from home would be great.

Ability to run a simple customer list that shows custom fields, i.e. assigned technician
It seems like such a simple thing but we need to be able to run a customer list report. We would also need to include or filter by any added custom fields to the record.

Add extension field in the contacts for editing
We need to be able to edit contact information for customers. I have tried to add phone numbers and extensions, only to have the program not take it, and I had to reach out to a tech to see why. They explained that we aren't able to add anything but numbers when editing the phone number portion, but even if I add an extension number after the main part of a phone number, it won't "take". Why can't there be a field added for phone extension? Also, just trying to edit any field in general is hard to do because…

editing contact information
It would be nice to be able to update contact information in real time, so when you type in the information and click on the checkmark it updates and gives you a confirmation that the editing took hold. I have tried editing contact information for customer contacts and I have to go back in several times to get it to "take".

Feature that allows you to send pop-ups/notifications to end points screens
This will allow the IT-Dpt to notify users of things, say the office's antivirus is being changed to another. Just send a pop-up to the screens to remind them to keep their machines on when they leave so the IT-Dpt can use scripts while they're out of the office so no one's work gets disrupted :)

Customer Satisfaction results in API
It would be great to get Customer Satisfaction results via the API.
The report available in the platform currently lists all results for each ticket but I would really like to get an overall for each customer and all customers.

Multiple Customer with Same Email Address
We need the ability to use the same contact email address on more than one customer for billing purposes, and the reason, a contact can be a business owner/decision maker on more than one company (customer). Ex. Parent companies, business investors, etc.

Display Devices that are Online or OFfline
When clicking on Customer (https://app.atera.com/new/customers) you're taken to your list of Customers where you're able to 'Search customer name'( https://app.atera.com/new/customer/#####). On the screen that contains various tabs;Contacts, Contracts,Devices,etc, the line below where the name 'Devices' in bold appears it would nice to see/show; 'Online: ###' and 'Offline:###', and have the ability to click once and those selectioned deivce are shown on the page.
